What it does
Create one payment instruction or split an amount into a set. Download PNGs, prepare an A4 print sheet and read a focused set of reference guides. No account is needed.
What it cannot know
QR Bench cannot verify that a UPI ID exists, establish account ownership, assign a merchant category or see whether money arrived. Its MDR calculator is a dated informational estimate with links to official sources.
QR Bench generates payment instructions only. Payment processing is handled by the user's UPI app, bank and payment network.
Independent by design
QR Bench is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPCI, RBI, the Government of India, any bank or any UPI app. It is not a bank, payment processor, payment gateway or UPI provider.
How the reference is maintained
Policy content identifies its official source and verification date. The calculator uses the same structured rule data as the policy table. This release does not fetch live policy updates. Where an exact rule could not be established, it does not return an invented fee.
